Our next production will be Robinson Crusoe a pantomime by Alan P Frayn. It will be staged at 7.15pm on Friday 2nd and Friday 9th December, at 2.00pm on Saturday 3rd and Saturday 10th December, and at 6.30pm on Saturday 3rd and Saturday 10th December. All performances take place in the main hall at Murray Park School.
Tickets cost £4.00 adults, £3.00 concessions and £2.00 children.
We meet every Wednesday at 7.30pm in the
drama studio at Murray Park School for a spot of rehearsing and a
very brief production meeting over coffee. Afterwards, we inevitably
end up at the pub.

Each year we stage a full-length play and a pantomime, and sometimes put on a third production, as we are doing this year. If you would like to act, then make a lot of noise until the director asks you to read. Even if you do not get a part, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to read in, or help behind the scenes (this is always greatly appreciated). Don't take it too seriously (we don't), join in as much as you can, and above all have a cool and groovy time (as someone once said).
Please ask if there is anything you want to know. With the exception of the director (who is always grumpy and looks more bemused than anyone else), we are a friendly crowd and will be delighted to help.
As well as plays we also have a good social programme of theatre trips, meals and Parties!
